Deposit House Analytics Terms of Use
These Terms of Use of Deposit House Market Analytics are concluded by Deposit House Market LLC and the entity executing this agreement ("You"). This Agreement governs your use of the Standard Service. BY CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON, COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED AND ACCEPTED THIS AGREEMENT AND ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACT IN REGISTRATION AND IN WHICH.
Our service is a business tool. You must use our Service solely for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession.
Considering the respective rights and obligations of the parties described in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
1. Definitions.
"Account" refers to the Account for the Service Properties.
"Confidential Information" includes all proprietary data and all other information disclosed by one party to the other in writing and designated as "confidential" or disclosed orally and, within five business days, reduced to writing and designated as "confidential". However, confidential information shall not include any information that is or becomes known to the general public.
"Customer Data" or "Deposit House Market Data" means the data you collect, process or store using the Service in connection with user characteristics and activities.
"Documentation" means any accompanying documentation for use with the Processing Software, including any documentation available on the Internet.
"Event" means a basic unit of measurement processed in the Service through a GA4 property, which may include but is not limited to a page view, transaction, screen view or other interactions.
"Deposit House Market Affiliates" means Deposit House Market and its wholly owned subsidiaries.
"Processing Software" means the Deposit House Market Analytics server software, and any upgrades, that analyzes Customer Data and generates the reports.
"Property" means any website, application, other property or resource under your control that sends data to Deposit House Market Analytics
"Privacy Policy" means the privacy policy of the Property.
"Software" means Processing Software, GAMC and/or SDKs.
"Third Party" means any third party (i) to whom you provide access to your account or (ii) for whom you use the Service to collect information on behalf of the third party.
"Users" means users and/or visitors to Your Properties.
"View" means a collection of settings that together determine the information to be included or excluded from UA Property Reports. For example, a Review can be established to view a small portion of a website as a single Report.
The words "include" and "include" mean "including but not limited to".
2. Member Account, Password and Security.
To register for the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing Deposit House Market with current, complete and accurate information as requested by the registration form, including your email address (username) and password . You will protect your passwords and take full responsibility for your and third party use of your accounts. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur within your account (excluding activities performed by, or on behalf of, Deposit House Market partners). You will notify Deposit House Market immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Deposit House Market support staff may, from time to time, log into the Service under your customer password to maintain the Service, including providing you with assistance with technical or billing issues.
3. Non-Exclusive License.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (a) Deposit House Market grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-permissive license to install, copy and use the GAMC and/or SDK solely as necessary to use the Service on your properties or third party properties; and (b) You may remotely access, view and download your reports stored at www.deposithouseanalitika.com /. You will not (and will not permit any third party to) (i) copy, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise create derivative works of the Software or Documentation; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which you are located; (iii) rent, lease, sell, assign or otherwise transfer rights in or to the Software, Documentation or Service; (iv) remove any proprietary notices
